Q: May architects that worked on the tower proposed for this site participate in this competition?

Yes. The competition is open to all architects and students of architecture. Past experience with previous proposals for the site does not disqualify participants as this competition is not necessarily related to those earlier proposals. Please be sure to read point 1 on the "Criteria for Evaluation" section of the Competition Brief for more discussion of this issue.
